Our Company
Progressive Energy’s principal activities are to market, sell, and transport branded and unbranded fuel. We also operate ProMart convenience stores throughout south-central Oklahoma.
In January 2004, Charlie Clowe of Clowe Oil Company and Rick Campbell of Campbell Oil Company merged their businesses to establish Progressive Energy, LLC. The merger strengthened the company’s position in purchasing and transporting fuel, making Progressive Energy one of the largest fuel marketers in southern Oklahoma.

Charlie Clowe is a member & owner of Progressive Energy LLC. Charlie has over 35 years of experience in fuel distribution and marketing and lives in Ardmore.
Rick Campbell - Member / Owner
Rick Campbell is a member & owner of Progressive Energy LLC. Rick has over 35 years of experience in fuel distribution and marketing. He resides in Ardmore.
